Storyline/Plot
In search of additional income, 22-year-old Ben Campbell works as a gas station attendant in a small desert town. He is taken aback when affluent lawyer Madec asks him to accompany him on a desert hunting excursion. Madec chooses to kill Ben, the lone witness, who is compelled to flee after he unintentionally shoots a prospector out of concern for the damage to his reputation. Ben has to deal with the harsh desert conditions in addition to being persecuted by Madec. Will anyone believe his narrative, though, if he survives and returns to town?
